Kimball Apartments
1219 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, New York
New construction of 220 apartments, 4,500 square feet of commercial space and 350 parking spaces. CIDG acquired the assemblage of several lots on Yonkers Avenue and Bronx River Road to create the residential assemblage. CIDG was able to obtain side variances and site plan approval from the City of Yonkers for a 220 residential and commercial building.
