Seton Manor is an 8-story affordable/market-rate, senior citizen rental development in Southwest Yonkers, NY. Completely rented, the building has 83 units and was financed using Low Income Tax Credits, Housing Trust Funds, and bank debt. The site before Seton Manor was a factory site, with industrial zoning that had environmental problems. We rezoned it, cleaned it up, and built a senior building on it. This development brought back life to the community and increased the quality of life in the area.
